Die Hotel is super nice, the personal or employees are great friendly and helpful especially the frontdesk especially ms. Adela, who’s not tired to explain and help me and other guest . The spa area is nice as well. Breakfast selection is great, the room is nice the paninis view and also the bed is comfortable to sleep right after a long day of walkingWe will definitely comeback again.

房間不錯，床非常大，有冰箱。最大問題是健身房和游泳池竟然還要單獨收費，第一次碰到。旁邊就是一個大商場，吃飯購物都非常方便。

這次跟朋友來布拉格旅遊入住的這家酒店隨機選的沒有想到有驚喜首先前台工作人員非常有禮貌其次酒店內設施相當齊全而且房間面積以及床都很舒服是一次很好的入住體驗而且離機場不算遠下次再來布拉格還會再入住

My boyfriend and I stayed at Panorama for a weekend. Hotel looks lovely, however we had a bit of a issue with our booking. The hotel has a swimming pool and spa. When I made the reservation it wasn’t clear that there was an addition charge to use the swimming pool. So when we went to use the swimming pool we’ve been advised that we needed to pay. We pointed this out to the manager, who has been really helpful. They saw the it wasn’t very clear that there was an addition charge for the use of the Spa so they agreed to give us a complementary day. Other than that we didn’t have any issues. Hotel looks nice and it’s not too far effrontery amenities.

酒店交通就在地鐵口邊上，入住期間暫時封閉施工，乘坐公交去老城很方便，30分鐘即可抵達。周邊餐館價格適中，飲料價格比老城景點便宜一半。強烈推薦Brambory, kolkovna。酒店設施比較老舊，個人感覺水壓有些不足。

It looks great at first online but in reality everything is an add on. So the room is sufficient, clean but has an old feel and energy and outside a droning motor all night. There’s nothing panoramic about being on the 5th floor - it certainly doesn’t feel 4 star.. All in all ok for a stay but little feel of Prague or Czech Republic.

Service très efficace. Malgré notre arrivée matinale, ils nous ont trouvé directement une chambre prête à accueillir les bagages sans supplément. La literie était excellente . Dommage que la déco soit un peu vieillissante, comme les meubles de la salle de bain qui avaient visiblement quelques années au compteur. Le petit dej buffet était globalement satisfaisant. La qualité (particulièrement des viennoiseries) n'est pas extraordinaire mais c'est compensé par un large choix. Attention car cet hôtel sert de base d'accueil pour des voyages organisés et certains jours il fallait s'armer de patience pour le petit déjeuner et l'ascenseur quand une dizaine de cars sont garés sur le parking. Déception car la station de métro située à côté de l'hôtel est fermée pour travaux et l'accès au centre ville se fait donc en tram, ce qui prend plus de temps. Prix des installations piscine et spa un peu exagéré (21 euros par jour par personne) si ce n'est pas compris dans le tarif de la chambre.

最寄り駅は地下鉄のPankrác駅で、中心部からは少し離れています。ただ、最寄り駅からは徒歩5分程度で案外アクセスには困りませんでした。近くには駅直結のショッピングモールもあり、買い物も便利です。（私達が宿泊したのは大晦日と元日でしたので空いておらず誤算でした…）ホテルはかなり年季が入っていますが、とても綺麗に手入れされています。また、スタッフの方のホスピタリティも高く、とても親切でした。設備については仕方ない部分がありますが、シャワーヘッドとドライヤーがとても古く、シャワーの水圧やドライヤーの風量がかなり弱かったです。（日本では見ることがない製品でしたので、趣があって楽しめましたが…）この2つさえ新調していただければ更に快適に過ごせるはずです。ありがとうございました。

크리스마스 시즌에 가서 그런지 여러 번 요청하였지만 룸 타입 변경이 이루어지지 않았습니다만 전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 프라하 메인 스테이션에서 지하철로 5정거장 정도고 바로 앞에 백화점이 있어서 편리했습니닷. 대부분의 유럽 호텔이 슬리퍼가 없는 경우가 많은데, 프론트 데스크에서 혹시나 하고 물어봤더니 제공해주셨습니다. 로비 및 룸도 다 깔끔하고 좋았어요 :-)
